Just a note to let real estate customers of Gerry and Carole Verardo know that it was such a smooth sale for us.  We lived in Texas and were buying property in California.  The two of them went above and beyond the job title.  They faxed and refaxed and helped us hire people to do various jobs we needed done before we made the move.  On a scaled of 0 - 10 of agents we have used, they are a 10.  They made a long trip easy.

I would highly recommend Gerry Verardo as a real estate agent to anyone who is looking to buy or sell home or business property.

One year ago I wanted to buy a home with a little bit of property to enjoy my favorite past time of gardening. I gave Gerry a rough description of what I was looking for and within a few short days I was looking at homes with property that fit my wants and needs.  Not only did Gerry find me a wonderful home, he found a home that fit my budget.  In fact, the escrow appraisal estimated my new home at $40,000 more that I paid for it which made it an instant investment for me.
